Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Antepartum/Postpartum unit. This full-time night-shift role offers opportunities to care for new mothers and babies in a 24-bed unit at a premier academic medical center.

Night differential of 18% and weekend differential of $3/hour are provided to support our dedicated RN team. Ideal candidates have RN licensure, BLS, and prior acute care/postpartum experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care nursing preferred.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance or equivalent as required by Banner facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate patient status and care needs to physicians and team members.
• Ensure discharge planning and patient education are provided.
