Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care following nursing process and organizational policies.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects per standards of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and health professionals to develop care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control practices and operates medical equipment as needed.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record and supports quality improvement.
