Job summary

Ardent Health Services’ Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Night Shift, PRN Post-Partum Couplet Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care on the postpartum unit.

You will assess, plan, implement and document care, adhering to unit policies and safety standards while supporting new families and collaborating with the care team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current OK RN License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• NRP (must be obtained within 6 months of RN hire or transfer date)
• Unit-specific certificates

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities per HHS standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the assigned unit.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including development and modification of the care plan per policies.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
