Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Active RN licensure in Oklahoma and current BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with obstetric care during labor, delivery, and postpartum as needed.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
