Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Post Surgical Unit. You will provide compassionate post-operative nursing care, manage pain, and support early ambulation for patients.

The role requires collaboration with surgeons and post-acute teams to ensure safe, continuous care. The position offers night shifts (3x per week, variable) and a chance to grow within a dedicated orthopedic and spine specialty hospital.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Texas RN License.
• Current BCLS, ACLS.
• PALS recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care for post-surgical patients in a fast-paced unit.
• Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care in compliance with standards.
• Care for patients aged 2 years to geriatric.
• Collaborate with surgeons and post-acute caregivers for seamless continuity of care.
