Qualifikationen

• RN licensure required and current in-state licensure or compact state.
• Basic Life Support certification required; ACLS, PALS and NRP preferred.
• Minimum 0–2 years in clinical nursing in acute care settings.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Document care thoroughly and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
