Job summary

Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Pediatrics Emergency Department. The position features 24 hours per week with days 10a-10p and a welcome bonus eligible up to $12,500.

You will provide patient-centered care for pediatric and PICU patients up to age 18, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support families throughout the care journey.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop care plans.
