Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN. The role involves collaboration with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include resident assessment, education and coordinating care across the team. Night shift hours are 10:00pm to 6:30am with weekend/holiday rotation and a $1.25 weekend incentive and

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate the care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
