The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a 79-bed long-term skilled care facility.

The role may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe, high-quality care within the Nurse Practice Act and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in MN or multistate license.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Ability to obtain required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident, family and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
