Job summary
Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time RN or LPN for night shifts (11pm–7:30am) at Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, NJ. The schedule rotates every two weeks. RN pay up to $48/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential; LPN up to $41.59/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential, depending on experience.

Qualifications
- Must be a licensed RN in the state of practice.
- Minimum 6 months RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care.
- Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
- Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
- Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
- Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
- Document care in the EMR and ensure timely entries.
- Participate in designated care conferences with Clinical Manager.
