Erickson Senior Living Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is seeking Per Diem and Part Time LPNs to join a resident-centered team delivering skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and on-site medical services.

Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $41.00 per hour with shift differential based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles. You will document in EMR, update care plans, supervise care associates, and coordinate with RNs to place residents first.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition; notify RN when necessary.
• Update care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Respond to residents and families in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in reviews of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader.
