Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking full-time RN or LPN for night shifts (11pm–7:30am) on a rotating two-week schedule. Competitive pay: RN up to $48/hr + $2 shift diff; LPN up to $41.59/hr + $2 shift diff, depending on experience.

Benefits include paid CEUs and robust progression opportunities. Work in a patient-centered, onsite medical center serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and at home.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident-centered care.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/family.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team for routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in resident EMR and keep records current.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.

We are looking for the following Full Time RN or LPN to work Full Time Night Shifts. The Schedule is below on a 2 week rotating schedule from 11pm - 7:30am

Week One:

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Week Two:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Compensation: For RN, up to $48/HR + $2/HR Shift Differential depending on Experience

Compensation: For LPN up to $41.59/HR + $2/HR Shift Differential depending on Experience

How you will make an impact:

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Performing all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
• Promoting resident’s independence by establishing resident care goals, teaching resident/family members to understand a resident’s condition, medication, and self-care skills
• Monitoring a resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes in status and acting on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Working alongside the care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed
• Maintaining infection prevention practices, administering medications, and performing treatments per orders.
• Developing and coordinating a comprehensive Holistic plan of care to meet the resident’s clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team
• Supporting resident’s preferences, routines, and choices in resident’s electronic medical record
• Ensuring that documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
• Participating in care conferences for designated residents as requested by Clinical Manager

What you will need:

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice and Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
• A passion for caring for seniors
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred
• CPR certification required
