Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is hiring full-time RN or LPN for night shifts (11pm–7:30am) on a rotating two-week schedule. Compensation ranges up to $48/hour for RN plus $2/hour shift differential, or up to $41.59/hour for LPN with $2 differential, depending on experience.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, clinical duties with adherence to nursing standards, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Passion for caring for seniors.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform all clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence with care goals and education.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure safety.
• Maintain documentation current in the EMR and coordinate care with team.
