Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mount Holly Township, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (11 PM to 7 AM). Daily Pay is available, with compensation ranging from $33 to $42 per hour, all-inclusive.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, documenting accurately, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• BLS Certification (CPR) required
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the physician’s plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
