Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking a full-time RN or LPN for night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) on a rotating two-week schedule. The role offers competitive pay with RN up to $48/hr plus $2 shift differential and LPN up to $41.59/hr plus $2 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum 6 months RN experience.
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/family members about condition, medications, and self-care.

6 months RN experience
