Rhode Island Hospital seeks an Operational Support RN, Non-Procedural, reporting to the Nursing Director to coordinate resources and provide leadership across assigned units. Qualifications

• RN licensure in Rhode Island per the Rhode Island Board of Nursing.
• BSN required; candidates matriculated into BSN programs will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the care team to deliver quality, patient-focused nursing care across the patient life span.
• Assists with unit staffing plans to optimize staffing and patient flow.
• Mentors, coaches, and motivates staff to uphold standards of care.
• Co-chairs quality initiatives and contributes to policy development and procedural standards.
• Maintains an active CEU/Education file and supports education for team members.
