Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision of Clinical Manager.
• Dele-gates, supervises and participates in safe nursing activities.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates with healthcare team, patient, family for discharge planning.
• Assesses and provides teaching based on patient and family needs.
• Participates in unit-based quality improvement and research.
