Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience.
• Medical-Surgery nursing experience.
• Experience with Head and Neck cancers, GU, and post-op patients.
• BSN from ACEN/CCNE with 1 year of relevant experience or ASN with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Current BCLS certification and Florida RN license.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care for cancer patients and families.
• Documents and provides patient education based on learning needs.
• Participates in evidence-based improvement activities and professional development.
