Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 North unit for night shift in a 24-bed oncology-focused unit. The RN will provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care to hematology, chemotherapy, and clinical trial patients, aligned with nursing standards and evidence-based practices.

Ideal candidates have 1 year inpatient experience, an FL RN license, and a BSN or ASN with clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience required.
• Registered Nurse license in Florida (FL RN License) or state equivalent.
• BSN preferred; ASN acceptable with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized quality nursing care per hospital guidelines and ANA code of ethics.
• Educate patients and families based on learning needs and discharge planning.
• Participate in professional development and evidence-based practice activities.
