Job summary

Lake Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (12-hour) in the OB and MedSurg units. The role involves a rotating schedule, shared call, and non-exempt status with union benefits.

Under Nursing Director supervision, you will provide high-quality maternal care, educate patients and families, and act as a clinical resource and leader for staff. Oregon RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS/NRP/STABLE ongoing certification after hire.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license from the Oregon State Board of Nursing required.
Current BLS required. ACLS, NRP, STABLE and Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification as soon as available after hire.
Acute and Post Partum unit check off required after hire.
PALS certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and newborns.
Serve as clinical resource and leader for nursing staff.
Promote safe, effective, patient-centered care throughout the mother-baby experience.
