Job summary

Lake Health District invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join our night shift teams in the Emergency Room and MedSurg. The role emphasizes nursing process, clinical leadership, and teamwork in a busy hospital setting.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, hourly, and part of the union. The ideal candidate holds an Oregon RN license, BLS, and BSN is preferred, with ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC certifications pursued as they become available after hire.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and BLS required.
• ACLS, NRP, ENPC and TNCC certifications expected as soon as available after hire.
• BSN preferred for this role.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred, with emphasis on emergency nursing.
• Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership for nursing staff and students.
• Work nights in Emergency Room and MedSurg with rotating shifts and shared call.
