• Current and active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care/SNF.
• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and effectively during overnight shifts.

Mansioni

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with nursing operations.
• Provide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff during overnight shifts.
• Ensure nursing staff follow facility policies, procedures, job responsibilities, and standards of care.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalism.
• Address clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident needs in a timely manner.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Participate in facility surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities as requested.
• Communicate significant resident, staffing, and clinical concerns to nursing leadership.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and quality resident-centered care.
