Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing staff across shifts in the Hoy Center. You will oversee daily care, ensure documentation accuracy, and support regulatory compliance under the DON.

The role requires an active Virginia RN license (or compact state) with at least three years in long-term care and supervisory experience. Night shift differential applies, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in long-term care.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare.
• Current CPR certification.
• Flu vaccination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Team Leaders, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Delegate clinical responsibilities and ensure shift coverage.
• Monitor performance for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with DON and Lighthouse Engagement team to address concerns and coordinate actions.
• Ensure accurate resident assessments and timely documentation.
