Alameda Center is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team. You will coordinate total resident care, supervise across all nursing units, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative abilities, deep nursing knowledge, and clinical judgment to adapt to complex situations while maintaining quality care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and in good standing.
• Minimum long-term care nursing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Ability to verify TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and coordinate total resident care across units.
• Conduct morning and evening rounds and ensure care plans are followed.
• Verify staffing levels and reinforce training for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurses on admissions, discharges, transfers, and well-being.
• Act as primary contact for emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Review incident reports and support Quality Improvement program.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment and monitor meal services.
• Perform medication passes and provide direct resident care as needed.
