• Enrollment in Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing (Required)
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises delivery of nursing care on assigned unit.
• Provides direct patient care with supervision to assigned personnel.
• Conducts performance appraisals and monitors absenteeism.
• Coordinates with Operations Manager on unit activities and patient flow.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Promotes evidence-based practices and Magnet-inspired environment.
• Mentors staff and facilitates professional growth.
• Communicates care plans to patients, families, and staff.
• Manages resources to deliver cost-effective care.
