Geisinger is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Coordinator RN to coordinate and supervise nursing care on an assigned unit. You will lead direct patient care, mentor staff, participate in policy development, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. This role supports Magnet philosophies and professional growth.

The position focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, and impactful patient care within Geisinger’s clinical teams. Hours vary with shift patterns and unit needs.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing (Required).
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree-Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care and activities on assigned unit.
• Provides direct patient care along with direct supervision to assigned personnel.
• Addresses performance problems and participates in policy development and communications on unit operations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and optimal use of resources on the unit.
• Supports Magnet philosophies and professional growth within the team.
