Qualifications

• Nursing degree completed and eligible for Florida RN licensure.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida or valid NLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision of a preceptor, leader, and/or charge nurse.
• Assesses patients’ needs and develops/revises individualized plans of care based on their needs and responses.
• Evaluates patients' progress toward attaining expected outcomes.
• Communicates and collaborates with the medical staff and the interdisciplinary team to plan and manage patient care.
