Job summary

Orlando Health's Orlando Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for a Multisystem Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This inpatient role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.

You will educate patients and families, contribute to individualized care plans, and support ongoing clinical development while maintaining an active Florida RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains Florida RN license or equivalent Multistate license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification current; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required for certain areas.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in acute care populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Monitor patient status and progress toward outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
