Indiana University Health in Indiana is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit on the night shift. This full-time role provides expert obstetric and neonatal care, with opportunities to work alongside top clinicians and educators.

The RN will coordinate care across the care continuum, perform assessments, implement plans, educate families, and mentor newer nurses. AASN/BSN and an active Indiana RN license plus BLS are required; a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Requires active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program; exceptions possible with acute care experience.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver evidence-based care across the care continuum.
• Engage in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans for mother-baby patients.
