Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families on health conditions and treatments.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with an Associate's in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 1 year of Mother Baby hospital experience. Night shifts available; full-time schedule with competitive benefits.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage patient care across multiple tasks.
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
