Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Mother Baby Unit at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, Utah.

You will deliver direct patient care, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers and newborns. You will assess patients, respond to evolving clinical conditions, and work closely with physicians on fetal monitoring and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Current Utah RN license in good standing.
• BLS/BCLS certification required; obtain within 7 days of hire.
• STABLE certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
• NRP and Fetal Monitoring certifications preferred; obtain within 90 days.
• 1+ year postpartum/newborn nursery experience required.
• BSN degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient condition, fetal monitoring and test results.
• Perform nursing duties across Maternal Child health continuum of care.
• Assist physicians with postpartum and newborn nursery procedures.
• Participate in department process improvement activities.
• Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
