Mercy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother-Baby Unit. The unit includes 50 private beds on the 5th floor and operates 24/7, with 12-hour shifts (0630-1900 and 1830-0700) and alternating weekend/holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by direct care staff.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
