Job summary

Atrium Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Med Telemetry Observation on the 4th Floor in Charlotte. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with a 7P-7A schedule and pay range $38.20–$57.30 hourly, reflecting the demanding and patient-centered environment.

The RN will use the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and ensure safe patient care while maintaining high-quality outcomes. BSN preferred; BLS required; multi-state RN licensure may be needed based on location.

Qualifications

• RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification required; specialty certifications may be needed.
• BSN degree preferred for nursing practice at a higher level.

Responsibilities

• Engages in nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and adheres to safety standards.
• May administer medications and treatments per protocols.
