Job summary

Advocate Health’s Atrium Health Mercy campus in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a skilled RN for the 6 South Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. The role features full-time nights (7pm–7am) across three 12-hour shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• 6 months experience required outside of New Grad residency program.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
• Lead efforts to improve care quality and patient outcomes on the unit.
