Job summary

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg 10T unit. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes in line with established standards.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Night shifts are 12 hours with weekend and holiday rotations included.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
6 months of experience as a RN.

Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
