Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Telemetry Observation at 7P-7A, 36 hours per week. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, time management, excellent communication, and proficiency with electronic health records. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; BSN preferred; BLS required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact or single-state license.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
• Adheres to safety, ethics, and delegation practices.
