Mercy Hospital Ada in Ada, OK is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical-Surgical, night shift. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced acute care setting.

This full-time position features three 12-hour night shifts per week, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, night-diff pay, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for professional growth and mentorship within a nationally

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and/or eligible compact licensure.
• Completion of hospital-required nursing competencies and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
