• Mandatory hospital nursing competencies and required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for nursing care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and coordinates patient care with other departments.
