Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Med/Surg department. This full-time position (36 hours/week) offers nights with rotating weekends and holidays and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced nurses.

The role supports observation, inpatient, and swing patients in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting, with a 5:1 patient/nurse ratio and strong collaboration with the Therapy department to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or within the orientation period.
