INTEGRIS Health Woodward is seeking a Night Shift, full-time Registered Nurse to join our team in Woodward, OK. The role includes managing patient care using the nursing process and may require float to other units or on-call status. Population-specific competencies apply.

Qualifications

• RN current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license from an eNLC member state.
• BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and implement the plan of care.
• Deliver and document patient care interventions.
• Evaluate patient outcomes of care.
• Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and students as appropriate.
• Report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
