INTEGRIS Health Woodward in Woodward, OK is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for a full-time position. You will manage patient care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and participate in on-call status as needed.

Population-specific competencies are required to ensure safe and effective care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor students and coworkers, and contribute to INTEGRIS Health's mission of helping people live healthier lives.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active RN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering evidence-based patient care in acute settings.

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process.May be required to float to other units. May be required to participate in on call status. This position requires population specific competencies.

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
• The Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president
• This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
• Potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
