INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for night shift (07:00p-07:00a), PRN. You will manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process, with potential float to other units and on-call status as needed.

This role requires English communication skills, an active RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC, and BLS within 30 days of hire. INTEGRIS offers front-loaded PTO and comprehensive medical benefits within its network.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience.
• RN license in Oklahoma or eNLC member state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Other certifications per service line as required.

Responsabilités

• Assess/re-assess patients.
• Develop plan of care.
• Implement patient care interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes of care interventions.
• Supervise and coordinate other staff in care delivery.
• Provide guidance to non-licensed personnel and students.
