INTEGRIS Health Woodward in Woodward, OK is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for a full-time position. You will manage patient care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and participate in on-call status as needed.

Population-specific competencies are required to ensure safe and effective care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor students and coworkers, and contribute to INTEGRIS Health's mission of helping people live healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering evidence-based patient care in acute settings.

Responsabilités

• Assessment/re-assessments and plan of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and outcomes.
• Supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentor students and non-licensed personnel as appropriate.
• Report to manager/director and participate in on-call status.
• Adhere to competency requirements and safety protocols.
• Handle potential exposure to infections and hazards.
