Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Full-Time Night-shift Registered Nurse. The Staff RN will manage delivery and documentation of patient care, assess and reassess patients, develop and implement care plans, and supervise team members while ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications include an Oklahoma RN license (or eNLC), BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and related certifications per service line.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or a multistate license via the Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.
• Additional service-line certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and reassessments of patients.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes of care provided.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentors non-licensed personnel and students where appropriate.
