Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Active PA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care as a full partner on the health care team.
• Adhere to the nursing process to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate patient care.
• Manage patient assignments 3-5:1 based on acuity.
• Supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCT) on 8-12:1 assignments.
