Job summary

Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in Philadelphia seeks a Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague (RN) for full-time night shift 7 PM–7 AM. The role partners with the health care team to deliver safe, evidence-based care using the nursing process for diverse patient populations.

As a member of the interprofessional team, you will apply competency domains in CQI, EBP, leadership, and patient- and family-centered care, while aligning with Penn Medicine policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• PA RN licensure is required; BLS/CPR and ACLS are required.
• Nurse Residency program completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process for diverse patient ages.
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate commitment to CQI, EBPractice, leadership, and patient-family centered care.
