Job summary

The RN is accountable for nursing practice, delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. BSN and BLS are required, with a Tennessee/Ohio compact license preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across diverse acute care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per state regulations.
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives as part of a High Reliability Organization.
