• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revisions to plan of care (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations (10%).
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
