Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am). Eligible candidates can access a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. Grow within a faith-based health system that emphasizes whole-person well-being, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN required (registered nurse)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• ABA or state licensure as applicable

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective patient care and documentation.
