Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will assess patients, create and adjust care plans, administer medications, and educate families while coordinating with staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include an RN license (BLS) and 1+ year of acute care experience. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

RN required (Florida)
BLS CPR certification required
1+ year acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, and social factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policy.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
Document patient information, care activities and outcomes accurately.
